Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings made through our website are subject to the following terms.

Trapped In Limited reserves the rights to cancel any bookings, without advanced notice.  Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

You have the right to cancel your booking, however we can only offer full refunds for bookings cancelled within a minimum of 72 hours notice. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before your booking will be subject to cancellation fees and may not be eligible for a full refund.
